Shipping and Shipping Damage Policy 

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless a special promotion is valid. We do ship internationally, but we do not cover customs, duties, tarriffs or fees. These fees must be paid to the governing country by the purchaser. Please note the shipping charge is for the carrier fees only.
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for most shipments and do require a signature for delivery for security reasons.

We do our best to package items in a manner that reduces shipping damage. The 18×18 and 18×24 Incubators, for example, ship in two boxes: the stainless-steel top and the glass enclosure. 

If the outer box is damaged, note damage on your signature acceptance and inspect immediately for damage. If the glass enclosure is damaged, photograph the outer box and damaged glass inside the box. FOR YOUR SAFETY DO NOT REMOVE BROKEN GLASS FROM THE BOX. Send photos and pertinent information about the purchase (Name, Address, Order number, etc.) to 269-568-3450 or customercare@puppywarmer.com. Warmer3, LLC will ship out replacement items once photographs are received. We do not wait for a determination by carrier. 

Inspect all items to ensure they arrived safely within 24 hours of receipt. 

Return Policy

Warmer3, LLC (Puppywarmer and Kittywarmer Brands) will accept returns of unopened products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery to the you. The refund amount will be for the price paid for the returned undamaged products. Shipping charges already paid will not be reimbursed. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

To facilitate a return, contact Puppywarmer at 269-568-3450 or customercare@puppywarmer.com to be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Warmer3 will also create a return shipping label for you. Actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on you shipping location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please note your RMA number on the outside of the box when shipping the item(s) back. Processing time can be 5 business days from receipt of the returned items. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, generally within a five business days.


With proper maintenance and storage, Puppywarmer and Kittywarmer products can deliver excellent performance for years of operation. 

Warranty Periods for Puppywarmer and Kitty Warmer Products: 

  • Incubators: Two years 
  • Oxygen Concentrators: One year
  • Hand-held Nebulizers: One year
  • Portable Power: One year

Mats, dust covers, syringe feeding nipples, filters and hoses are considered to be wear items and are not covered under warranty. 

The warranty is for repair or replacement only, at the discretion of Warmer3, LLC. Customer is responsible for ensuring proper setup and operation prior to placing puppies in the incubator and monitoring the condition of each neonate. No other guarantees have been stated or implied.
